  • 2 cup distilled water
  • 2 tablespoons vodka or rubbing alcohol
  • 15-20 drops lavender essential oil

It is important to follow the less is more rule when using this pillow spray as you do not want to sleep with a damp pillowcase. Try a few spritzes above your pillow 10 minutes before bed, and cozy up for a good night’s sleep!
