Smoothies are a healthy and easy way to start any morning. It’s a quick way to get the nutrients you need to keep yourself energized throughout the day. This recipe below is one of my favourites, and the kids love it too! Give it a try:
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Kardish MCT oil
- 1 scoop Kardish Collagen
- 1 scoop of Kardish Vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup of frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut or nut milk
- ¾ cup water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
