What you’ll need:
1 1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond, soy, or oat milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp natural peanut butter

In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine frozen bananas and a milk of your choice. Blend until completely smooth.
