Melinda's No-Bake Granola Bites

With back to school right around the corner it’s time to start thinking about easy, go-to snack ideas for your kids lunches and/or after school snacks! We’ve got you covered with this delicious granola almond butter ball recipe (note: not for the lunch box with almond butter, but can be for school if a seed butter is used and nut free granola is used). This is a super easy recipe, the kids can even help you put these together. These are a great option for on the go, before sports, and are an excellent alternative to store bought packaged snacks.

Melinda's No-Bake Granola Bites

Makes 16 balls

Ingredients:
  • 3 TBSP Unheated Raw Honey
  • 4 TBSP Almond Butter (SunButter works great and is school friendly!)
  • 2 cups Kardish Granola
  • 2 to 4 TBSP of Oat Milk as needed

Directions

  1. Mix the raw honey and almond butter in a large bowl.
  2. Using a large spoon or your hands stir in the granola until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Add enough oat milk to moisten the mixture. The mixture should stick together.
  4. Form into balls.
  5. Chill for 1 hour.
  6. Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.

Enjoy!
