I make Buddha Bowls a lot. Almost weekly. I make them for myself for cooking demos, and they are almost mandatory when I'm cooking at yoga retreats. They are always a hit! Everybody loves them. Plus, they are a great way to get rid of scraps of food that are still in the fridge.
Do I have to give up coffee or caffeine completely? The short answer is no. The long answer involves being more mindful of the timing, amount, and how you are balancing caffeine with other nutrients.
As an Olympic rower, I was no stranger to chronic injuries. With 18 training sessions a week, some level of pain or discomfort was expected. At best, the developing injury is minor. At worst, it is a career-ender.

Making your own popsicles at home is surprisingly simple. All you’ll need is a set of popsicle moulds and a bag of popsicle sticks, both of which can be easily found online or at your nearest home goods store.
